Wells Fargo, Neighborhood LIFT Workshop

This workshop will educate potential homebuyers on managing the financial responsibilities of owning a home and provide an opportunity for guests to speak with professionals about available financing options and counseling programs to help them get ready for homeownership.

Buses will transport interested attendees on Affordable Home Tours to attractive city neighborhoods.  Additionally, attendees can apply for down payment assistance or a renovation grant on-site and pre-qualify for a home loan.
