Councilman Mitchell joined fellow councilmembers to support  the City of Atlanta's partnership with the Georgia Department of Transportation to provide employment opportunities for homeless individuals.  The individuals are hired specifically to maintain state highways and Interstates -20, -75 and -85 within the City limits.
